At KTM Spare Parts, we want to ensure you get the perfect fit for your machine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the Parts
Place the unused components back in their original KTM packaging, ensuring all labels and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the parts are in new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
